Randolf M. Juarez is a business administrator, visionary entrepreneur, and father of three. Born in Venezuela and now an immigrant in the United States, he brings 41 years of experience in the financial sector, strengthened by an ethical and results-driven entrepreneurial trajectory. He is currently in the final stage of his Master’s in Administration and Finance at UTH Florida University, where he rigorously integrates academic theory with real-world business execution.
He is the founder and operator of two companies within the financial and service sectors, and the driving force behind TOUCAN Insurance LLC, an agency fully licensed at both the producer and entity level, with a strategic expansion vision across the Western United States. His leadership is defined by strategic execution, customer service excellence, and values-based decision-making.
With a Christian identity and a stoic character, Randolf believes in disciplined work, continuous learning, and leadership that uplifts others. His purpose is to build reliable and profitable companies while creating opportunities for others and contributing to the community that welcomed him.
